The Newburyport COA transports persons with disabilities age and older adults safely to destinations-financial institutions (banks), grocery stores, and hair stylists/barbers-around Newburyport. Medical appointments are always prioritized.

The Council for Aging (COA) bus operates Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
