- Description: The MetroWest Ride:
The MetroWest RIDE currently provides service to residents in Framingham, Natick Wellesley and Dover who cannot independently access of fully accessible fixed route buses. It also provides ADA service in all other member towns where mandated, with deviated fixed route service.
Also, available to print is the MW RIDE Guide, a policy manual for users of the MW RIDE service. This policy guide may be updated on occasion, so please check for the current revision date.
The MetroWest RIDE accepts online credit card payments for the MW RIDE service. All major credit cards are accepted.
Before using the system, contact the Call Center at (508) 820-4650 to receive your MW RIDE ID# and your temporary password. (You will be required to change the temporary password the first time that you log in). https://mwride.mwrta.com
Fare information:
< The cost for a one way ADA trip is currently $2.00 within the MetroWest RIDE service area. There is no cash accepted on the vehicles. A fare account must be established with the call center before any rides can be scheduled, this account can be funded by mailing a check (made out to the MWRTA) to 15 Blandin Ave, Framingham, MA , 01702 or by credit card over the phone or by following the instructions below.
Dial-A-Ride: Serving the residents of the towns of Ashland, Hopkinton, Marlborough, Milford, Sherborn, Southborough, Sudbury, and Wayland.
< Advance booking of 2 business days is required.
If ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) certified, advanced booking of only 1 day prior is required.
