- Description: The Holden Council on Aging contracts with the Worcester Regional Transit Authority to provide transportation to elders age 60+ and people with disabilities of all ages who are residents of Holden. This is a curb-to-curb service. In Holden, service is available Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 1:30 pm. Out of Town Service is provided to Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, Sterling, West Boylston and Worcester. Monday 8:45 am – 1:00 pm; Tuesday – Friday 8:45 am – 2:30 pm.
