Medical Escort Service (MES) for Procedures or Rides Outside of Arlington If you are having a special procedure needing an escort, or you have a medical appointment outside of Arlington, a Volunteer Medical Escort may be an option. We have a limited number of volunteer drivers who utilize their personal vehicles to transport passengers to medical appointments. Service area includes Arlington and surrounding communities. Passengers are responsible to pay for parking fees and tolls. Call the COA to schedule your MES ride at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Not all requests can be guaranteed.
