The COA van does not transport to Boston, although our Northern Essex Elder Transport (NEET) volunteer drivers are sometimes available for Boston medical appointments.The COA van requires at least two (2) business days’ notice to book a ride. While every effort is made to provide transportation on date/time needed, this service is on a first-come, first-served basis.Please note in order to take advantage of the service you must do a one-time registration with the COA Transportation Office.
