The service is designed to offer accessible transportation to residents who are 60+ years old or residents with certified disabilities and no other means of transportation. All participants must be registered with the Blackstone Transportation Service. Handicap and lift available. The van is available Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. Medical appointments take priority. To schedule a ride, please call 508-876-5133 or email (coatransport@townofblackstone.org) at least 2 weeks in advance for medical or other appointments and 48 hours for in-town errands.
