Description: Van transportation is a free service offered to the Reading 60+ community members as well as non-seniors with disabilities. The van is on the go weekly and travels to individual homes as well as Peter Sanborn Place, Cedar Glen and Tannerville. We ask that residents call 48-hours in advance to secure their van ride. The van journeys to the following places during the week:
Pleasant Street Center
Market Basket
Stop & Shop
Walmart
Redstone Shopping Center
Woburn Village (Target or Kohl’s)

*Please note that out-of-town medical transportation is scheduled through ATS (Alternative Transportation Systems) which is a part of the Reading Response Program. If you need an out-of-town medical ride and are wondering if you are eligible, please contact Kerry Valle, Senior Case Worker, at (781)-942-6659.
