New passengers are required to provide additional personal information.

Ride requests for shopping, to the Senior Center or other activity require 3 business days notice. You can expect a return confirmation call within one business day.

When requesting a ride, we need the following details: your name, phone number, and the date, time and details of your ride request. We will not be able to honor ride requests with less than 3 business days notice, so please plan accordingly.

All medical rides require at least 5 business days prior notice. You can expect a return confirmation call withing two business days.

When requesting a ride, we will need the following details: your name, phone number, the date, time, location, doctor’s name and office phone number. The expected appointment length would also be helpful. We will not be able to honor ride requests with less than 5 business days notice, so please plan accordingly.

As a reminder, we are closed on Friday and will not receive any messages left after 4:00pm on Thursday until the following Monday or next business day.
