- Description: The Truro Council on Aging provides van transportation services for Truro residents 60+ or for adults with disabilities. Available Monday – Friday for medical appointments as well as for other daily living needs such as grocery shopping, errands, trips to the pharmacy and to attend activities at the COA. Medical appointments take priority. A minimum of two business days (48 hours) is needed for all ride requests. FARES: Free service, donations welcome.
