Appointments must be made through Weymouth Elder Services (781-331-3921). The program is funded in part by a Title IIIB grant of the Older Americans Act through South Shore Elder Services, a Community Development Glock Grant, a grant from the Executive Office of Elder Affairs, donations, and municipal funding, and the number of trips may be limited. A donation of 25% of the cost of the ride is suggested. Priorities are medical and medically related appointments. Wheelchair transport available.
