- Description: Tri-Town Council on Aging (COA) transportation van -referred to by the locals as the trolley. Tri-Town Trolley transports residents of three towns, East Longmeadow, Hampden and Longmeadow to appointments. On-demand service is only when available on a first come, first served basis. Call 413-525-5412 to schedule your ride 48 to 72 hours in advance. Medical appointments should be scheduled immediately.
