Basic Information: Holyoke Van Service (Holyoke Council on Aging); Address: 291 Pine Street Holyoke, MA 01040; Customer Service: (413) 322-5625; Website: https://www.holyoke.org/coa-services/; Description: Available to residents of Holyoke aged 60 and over who are ambulatory. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot transport wheelchairs, passengers must be able to board and exit the vehicle on their own or with the assistance of an aide, not the driver. Take a look at the Transportation Guidelines for additional information. Please schedule your ride up to two (2) weeks in advance, as this service is first come, first served. The cost is $1.00 each way or each stop for all rides within Holyoke, and $1.50 each way for any ride outside of Holyoke. The fare is paid to the driver. We provide transportation to any location in Holyoke for any reason, including medical appointments, etc. We also transport to select parts of Chicopee, Springfield, West Springfield, and South Hadley for medical appointments only.
