Please call the COA office, 508-748-3570 as soon as you know you will need a ride as slots fill quickly. When reserving transportation please have the exact date, time and address of your appointment. Boston appointments must be scheduled no later than 1:00 p.m. at the doctor’s office/hospital whenever possible.
