Wellfleet year-round residents & taxpayers 60 years of age and older. Handicapped accessible van is available. The ACC reserves the right to request that a personal caregiver accompany an individual.

Schedule your appointments Monday through Friday, no earlier than 8:30 AM and to be completed no later than 3:00 PM. There is no weekend or holiday transportation. A minimum of two business days (48 hours) is needed for all ride requests. The following information must be available when calling for a transportation reservation: name of rider; phone and address, physician’s name, phone and address or the address of an appointment if other than medical; date/ time of the appointment and approximate length of the appointment. Friday shopping trips to Orleans require a reservation no later than 4:00 PM on the preceding Wednesday. Please call the ACC at 508-349-0313 promptly to cancel a reservation.
