- Description: The COAHS transportation program provides rides for medical appointments, COAHS events, grocery shopping, and other errands for Carlisle seniors and residents with disabilities of any age. Please call 978-371-6690 at least two (2) days in advance. Medical Rides to Boston must be scheduled (2) weeks in advance for appointments on Monday – Friday from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
