It was created and is funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). Community Connector is open from 8AM – 8PM Monday – Friday and 1PM – 8PM on Saturdays. Riders can request a ride by calling dispatch at (978) 297-3155 or downloading our app, Community Connector Transit, in the app store. Rides are first come first serve, with priority given to seniors, medical appointments, and rides to work. These rides are curb to curb. In other words, get picked up at home and driven right to your destination. Riders should pre-book rides at least 24 hours prior to their requested pick-up time.
