The program is grant funded using State and Local funding sources.

Who is eligible?
Persons 60 years of age or older.
Persons who are not 60 years of age but have a disability and are ADA eligible.
Persons who have no other means of transportation ie. certain MassHealth members are eligible for transportation. To verify transportation eligibility please contact MassHealth directly 800-841-2900.
