- Description: FOR KINGSTON RESIDENTS ONLY. The Kingston Council on Aging provides FREE curb-to-curb services to Kingston residents age 60 years and older and people with disabilities of any age for medical and other appointments; shopping to designated areas; and to COA sponsored social, educational, and recreational activities. Requests for transportation are made by calling the Council on Aging office at 781-585-0511 or (781) 831-6040 on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00pm.
