Basic Information: CCRTA-ADA Paratransit Service; Address: 215 Iyannough Road PO Box 1988 Hyannis, MA 02601; Customer Service: (508) 385-1430; Website: https://capecodrta.org/schedules-services/paratransit/overview/; Description: ADA Paratransit service is our door-to-door shared ride transportation for passengers who meet ADA eligibility requirements established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and whose disability prevents them from using CCRTA’s accessible fixed route buses. CCRTA ADA Paratransit allows travel for any purpose from origins to destinations within ¾ mile of our fixed route bus services. Call the Operations Center at least the day before the trip is needed at 508-385-1430 or 800-352-7155 or TTY 508-385-4163. Reservations are taken Monday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. FARES:A one-way ADA paratransit ride is $2.50 each way. Personal Care Attendants: Personal Care Attendant fare is free, but must be indicated on the original application and when making the reservation and both must have the same origin and destination.
