Description of Services
The Agawam Council on Aging "All Aboard!" Transportation Program operates Monday - Friday from 8:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. and is for seniors and/or persons with a disability residing in Agawam.
Priority rides include those to medical appointments, senior activities, and employment or volunteer opportunities. Non-priority rides are rides for any other purpose. Currently many non-priority trips include shopping centers and beauty salons.
A priority ride can be scheduled at any time as long as 48 hours minimum notice is provided. However, standing rides (regular and re-occurring rides) must be confirmed on a monthly basis, beginning on the 15th of the month prior.
Non-priority rides can be scheduled as early as the 15th of the month prior. Again a minimum of 48 hours notice is required when requesting rides.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Van Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.

In town - $1.00 (one way)
Out of Town - $2.00 (one way)
