Description of Services
The Hamilton Council on Aging contracts with Cape Anne Transportation Authority to provide transportation for Hamilton residents age 60+. Available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, the service is primarily for medical appointments and shopping. A minimum of 48 hour advance notice is required to reserve a ride and a cancellation call is encouraged. Please contact Cape Anne Transportation directly: 978-283-7916.
