Description of Services
ONLY registered THE RIDE customers may take advantage of the service.
The Ride is a door-to-door lift-equipped van and sedan service that complements the fixed route services and is designed to meet or exceed the MBTA’s obligations to provide “complementary paratransit service” under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). In accordance with ADA requirements, THE RIDE is in service 7 days a week (including holidays), generally from 5 a.m. to 1 a.m., mirroring the fixed route schedule.

FARES:
Local One-way ADA Fare: $3.35
Premium ADA Fare: $5.60 per registered passenger or guest.
