Description of Services

Nathan Hale Foundation operates a shuttle service on the South Shore of Massachusetts. We support the towns of Plymouth, Middleboro, Carver, Kingston,limpton

The shuttle service consists of one vehicles that provide transportation , 2 days a week.

Troops in Transit will be glad to provide transportation home for any returning veteran

PLEASE NOTE: Troops in Transit will transport you if you have a FOLD UP wheelchair

AND are able to enter and exit the van without assistance.

There are No wheelchair lifts on ANY of our vehicles.

To Schedule An Appointment:

Call (508)224-0100 TWO WEEKS in advance of your appointment to schedule transportation with us.

1. Provide us with a copy of your DD214, Military ID, VA Health Card

2. We will need to know WHERE your appointment is

3. WHAT TIME your appointment is scheduled

TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS

For Brockton VA (Tuesdays ONLY)

Schedule your appointments between 9am and 11am

For West Roxbury/Jamaica Plain VA (Wednesdays only)

Schedule your West Roxbury appointments between 9am -10am

Schedule your Jamaica Plain appointments between 10am -Noon

PLEASE NOTE:

Veterans using the Nathan Hale Veterans Outreach Services for transportation are NOT permitted to and have never been allowed to FILE FOR TRAVEL VOUCHERS or any other type of travel. COMPENSATION PROVIDED BY DVS OR ANY OTHER PROVIDER.
